The wingers this year won't really cut until they reach the box and will still try to beat the FBs on the outside. I have my wingers set to get behind and cut inside (I use sturridge/lallana on the right and ibe/origi on the left). My FBs are always set to overlap to give me width in attack. This'll keep them up for support while also slowing counter attacks. I personally set all of my mids to aggressive interceptions and to get forward as well as to stay on the edge of the box. It requires some practice to get the timing and angles down with the new interceptions, but it can be deadly. If you have a pacier guy that setup will work as well but you should have a CAM to layoff a pass (L1/LB + X/A) and then send immediately back on a through ball. This should keep him around the box letting you send a ball to his feet and with some practice, turn and shoot. Depending on formation if you have a big striker, set him to stay central, target man, and press back line. So you're going to have to set instructions.
